What is the typical cost for a project?

All projects are priced "per the project", based on size and detail level. After receiving job-specific layouts/sketches/notes, etc, we will review and send back cost information.

Typical costs are:

Kitchen: $250-$600

Master Bathrooms - $150-$250

Secondary Bathrooms - $75 - $150

Built-in Wall Units - $200

Bars - $250-$350

Libraries - $250-$500

Exteriors - Vary by the project

Revisions are billed at an hourly rate.

What is your leadtime?

A typical project will take about a week to complete. Whole-house renderings will require more time... typically 2 weeks.

Revisions are usually completed in 3-4 days.

What do you need to get started?

The easy answer is, whatever you think I will need to complete the project. Sometimes I am given architectural prints, sometimes 20/20 layouts & elevations, and sometimes I am given a few sketches with a couple of measurements.

We can work with either generic finishes (Subway tile / hardwood floor / white Quartz, etc. OR we can work with actual manufacturer info. Links typically provide the most detail possible from a manufacturer, and are preferred.

How are the drawing sets "delivered"?

Drawings and renderings are scaled, and fit to 11x17 paper. They are usually sent via email as a pdf file. If preferred, the jpg rendering files could be sent separately..
